POSITION TITLE: Lamination Operator
DEPARTMENT: Production
POSITION REPORTS TO: Lead Operator
STATUS: Non-Exempt (Hourly)
SCHEDULE: Four/Ten hour shifts per week
PURPOSE OF POSITION: Laminate quality product while maintaining above average production rates.
RESPONSIBLITIES:
- Know and follow all safety procedures.
- Maintain goals and procedures established by the department.
- Prepare the laminator for operation per product requirements.
- While laminator is running, perform general maintenance around laminator area.
- Monitor adhesive pump.
- Traffic raw stock and finished goods.
- Maintain roller and fountain assembly station.
- Perform necessary quality check requirements and complete all related paperwork.
- Maintain accurate paperwork including job tickets and roll tickets.
- Train laminator helpers and maintenance personnel on the operation of the lamination equipment.

- Able to give and receive direction.
- Good communication skills.
- High school education or its equivalent preferred.
