New employees are required to complete various employment forms. This new information is kept on file along with your completed employment application and/or resume and personnel record.
It is important that your records be kept current. Your paycheck should reflect the proper deductions. Please be sure to notify your supervisor of any changes in your personal status.
Multi Packaging and Printing respects your privacy and will not release any information regarding you and your employment, other than confirming dates of employment and job title, unless you provide a written release or unless release of information is required by a lawfully served subpoena.
You may review your personnel file at any time by scheduling an appointment with the President. You may not remove or alter the contents of your personnel file, but you may note any information you view as unfair or inaccurate and return it for inclusion in your file. Any comments you make regarding the accuracy of information in your file will be handled according to Multi Packaging and Printing’s issue resolution procedure. You may request a copy of the documents in your file.
